Made an order, then a week later received an email saying the order has been returned to the warehouse, no more info in the email and no prior contact to this. Asked customer service why and was advised my address was not clear enough🤔 Asked when I’ll get the refund and was advised to apply for a chargeback. Never again lol

Scam, avoid. They either don't send the goods at all or, if they do, it's very poor quality/unusable. See their website, it doesn't comply with regulations: there is no contact information, no registration details, it's full of typos. They lie about being in the UK. The only thing they have in the UK is the bank account into which you pay, that's it. Avoid.

Charge to deliver PLUS charge to send back (I ordered multiple sizes to try on). Will not use again.

AVOID, it’s a scam.

Placed an order, paid, got order confirmation… followed by an email saying I need to pay extra for delivery.

I thought it was a bit cheeky to make extra charges having already taken payment from me so I went back and asked to cancel. Flowers.ua responded quickly saying refund being processed.

Lo and behold, it’s been 6 weeks and I am still emailing them every day asking for my money back, they have now stopped responding. It’s a complete scam.
