I moved house recently I changed my address you would think logically all your account details would follow? No!!! Lost my debit card had to get address updated cancel card and new one reissued because online option to do the same wasn't available. So a total of 3 phone calls on hold for combined total of 5.5 hrs and still sent to my old address!! Worthy material for an episode of Father Ted.

I know it's the fault of your appointed courier but I never recieved this order and there doesn't seem to be any way of fixing this?
