Very poor custiner service alsoâŠ
Very poor custiner service also misleading. There is no info about when your new policy will start no option where you can choose when this should start. Thought i can do that later on. Then got an email fron them that it will go imidietly. But had 3 more days to my old contract and now old supplier want me to pay â¬100 fee for breakibg contract early. They advice me to cancell new contract to avoid such a payment bu then they told me i need to wait 20 days before ordering a new contract . None of this is disclose

I have used bonkers regularly over the past decade. I have a few properties with mortgages and utilities. I find bonkers great and they have saved me a lot of money. You nearly have to switch every year to get the best deal.
Wrong question leading to wrong quote.
The questions on my insurance research were miss leading and when I actually spoke to the insurance company my quote was much higher and I had to explain why I wasn't "lying" on my application.

what a rubbish site. after inputting all the normal car insurance data (which I don't mind doing), you're prompted to tick 1 box where you have to confirm about 20 different conditions that have to be met before you can proceed. e.g. the car is not imported, the car mileage does not exceed 50,000 km, etc, etc.
My car doesnt meet a number of these conditions, so i can't get a quote. bonkers indeed!

I've seen their add on YouTube about mortgages and think it's highly insulting to people who are maybe on their second time round whether its building or buying second hand houses i think it's a form of discrimination.
Bonkers T+C's not clear
Bonkers T+C's not clear. I tried to switch early and before end of contract but they issue it immediately, meaning i and other customers could be subject to an early termination fee from original supplier. Then was told the only way to cancel is to contact the new supplier directly (Bonkers is a middle man for money only, no help). Very frustrating

I was sure Bonkers would assist with me finding a decent car insurance quote. I was shocked at the quotes it came up with! Bonkers is right!! They were ridiculously high! So I researched myself and got a really good quote that was not Bonkers!
