Love Boho Moon

I’ve had quite a few bits of jewellery from Boho Moon and had nothing but a great experience. The jewellery is tarnish free and very good price, especially when they do £10 sales. I have had gold and silver, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings and all have lasted me really well with no breakages!
When you receive the items they are always packaged well too.
Can’t fault!

Missing refund amount and can’t contact anyone!

A recent experience with asos is making me leave this review in the hope they see this and contact me!

I have recently bought and returned some items, I returned 3 coats and have only been refunded for 2 of them. I have tried to get in contact with asos multiple times, I keep using the live chat but never seem to be connected. There is no email, so where do I go from here? This is my first bad experience with ASOS and has put doubt on me using them again.

Most of the time I have a good experience with ASOS, however I have payed for a year of next day delivery and multiple times it has not arrived when it was meant to!

Broken jewellery

I’ve had a gold initial necklace since Nov 2022 which was gifted to me, in this time it has broken twice and obviously is now out of warranty time.
Lily and Roo have some lovely jewellery but unfortunately it is not built to last which is the reason for my review. It is not cheap jewellery, and whilst it’s great you can get it fixed within 1 year of purchase, it’s not quality jewellery and won’t last much longer than that. It’s too pricy for the amount of time it will last you in my opinion

Excellent company 👏🏻

I’ve bought multiple items from lovehoney and I’m always more than satisfied! The packaging is very discreet, just in a brown box so no worries there, and I have received good customer service when I’ve had minor issues.

Disappointed, would not recommend

I ordered a frame from the website on the 16th December, confident that I would receive the item before Christmas as this was supposed to be a gift.
When I received the ‘on its way’ email, along with the tracking number, on the 21st, the tracking number number was not working and still is not. I emailed the company on the 23rd explaining the situation, but still no reply.
It’s Christmas Day now and I was not able to give the frame as a gift because it has not arrived.
This has left me disappointed as I have received no communication with the company and I feel like I’ve been left in the dark.
