The assistant that I spoke was very efficient, polite and helpful.
I found the booking of my experience extremely long winded and although not especially complicated, involved inputting the same details twice and just a tad time consuming.
I’m sure my chosen outing will be amazing though!

Efficient staff in a worrying situation

This twinkly light arrived quickly. At first I was disappointed at how small it is ( my fault, should have read dimensions)
Then I got it out of the box and wondered how this funny looking 'tree' was ever going to look like a tree!!
Sooo, I pulled the branches out and tweaked it all to shape and now it is the most beautiful, perfect size, perfect twinkle tree that I could have hoped for!!
Definitely recommend this one!!!

Ordered these to wear with an elf outfit on Xmas day. They are so well fitting and comfortable that I shall be ordering my black tights from here too!
They wash beautifully.
