I bought the tickets/vouchers via Indytute, it was so easy and the customer service has been great as we had to reschedule a few times. My fiancé and I attended the kintsugi workshop with Claire on Valentineâs Day and we loved it! We have 2 beautiful decorative plates in our home now as a cute memory. The process was super clear and easy to get up to speed with, the venue is nicely tucked away out of busy central London and we thought the timing was great. We didnât feel like it was too short or too long. Claire is lovely and weâd highly recommend! We have 2 souvenirs now and have learnt a new skill :)

I was kindly bought vouchers for myself and my friends to visit the Cheese Barge but I managed to muck up booking it in time twice. Helen, Head of Experiences, and Charlie from Bookings went above and beyond and extended my vouchers not once but twice, even after I had redeemed and run into problems.
I thank you for the time you took to rectified my mistakes and for your excellent customer service- would definitely book through Indytute again in the future.

After having some intial issues with an expired voucher, I requested to speak to their complaints team and they were very helpful in rectifying the issue. Overall not a completely seamless experience but they did come through well in the end.
I redeemed a voucher of a gift that was given to me however I had to book the session with they said provider via in your service, which I thought was a clumsy way to go about it. I wouldâve rather been communicating with the provider directly. That being said I booked the voucher for tomorrow for Valentineâs Day only to find out that thereâs only one session rather than two, which defeats the purpose considering itâs on Valentineâs Day and a gift for me and my partner thank you. Iâve had to cancel it now. Iâm gonna make other arrangements. I really do not rate your service.

I purchased the secret garden package as a wedding gift. They are waiting for spring to use it, so I can't rate the package itself. However, I can rate customer service. Charlie was exceptionally responsive. They answered all my questions. The voucher process worked just as promised. Thank you.
I would not recommend purchasing vouchers from this company The Indytute. I received a voucher as a gift, activated it on their website, and then attempted to book the experience on four separate occasions over a three-week period.
I contacted the company three times during this process and was repeatedly advised to âtry again next weekâ because they had run out of booking codes, which was the reason the system was not working.
However, the voucher had already been paid for and successfully activated. Experiences should not be sold if the company does not have the availability or codes required to allow customers to book. This resulted in unnecessary frustration and a poor overall experience. I have now requested a refund to go back to the purchaser.
I would not recommend purchasing this as a gift. Unfortunately, it creates more hassle for the recipient than enjoyment.
Bit of a scam with vouchers. The voucher I was sent apparently needed to be âregisteredâ within 6 months before use which wasnât on the original email. I tried to use the voucher more than 6 months after I received it but before the expiry date and it didnât work. Then contacted customer service say after expiry to ask for an extension and told there was a £20 âadmin feeâ to facilitate anything. Moneygrubbing approach to customer service.

We were purchased a dining experience for two in February as a joint birthday gift. Due to a family loss, we had put the voucher to one side and completely forgotten about it. Fast forward August and our friends offering to babysit for us and us remembered we had a voucher to use. Sadly we had missed the remdemption time by two weeks. Helen at Indytute was amazing, I emailed last night and first thing this morning had a reply back with the redemption complete and us free to book. Such brilliant customer service that makes such a difference and will definitely be remembered next time I would like to book for someone else. Would definitely use this company myself. Also on a side note, the envelope and packaging our voucher came in was stunning. A really lovely treat and looking forward to using it. Again, thanks Helen and team :-)
My husband and I got married in October 2024, and one of our closest friends gifted us a thoughtful cinema experience voucher. She even confirmed in writing with the company that the experience would be valid from December 2024 through to December 2025 â clearly a reasonable timeframe for an outdoor cinema.
Fast forward to this summer â when we actually wanted to use the experience â and we were shocked to find the voucher marked as expired.
Nowhere on the letter that came with the voucher code did it state a 6-month expiry or any need to âredeemâ it within that time. Our friend was explicitly told it would be valid for a full year, and she has the email proof to show it.
We reached out to the company expecting them to honor what was promised, but instead, the manager Michael showed zero concern â and then had the audacity to ask us for a £20 admin fee to âextendâ a voucher that was never clearly explained in the first place.
To make things worse, he then told us the experience itself had actually been discontinued and nothing could be done â despite reassuring our friend at the time of purchase that it was valid for 12 months.
This has been incredibly disappointing. What was meant to be a special, personal wedding gift has been completely ruined by poor communication and an unwillingness to take responsibility.
Iâm now escalating this to Trading Standards, because this feels like nothing short of a con. A lovely gesture from our friend has essentially been stolen, and others should be warned before purchasing from this company.

Not only are they included in the fine print, they are also presented clearly online at the point of sale and printed on the voucher itself, as shown in our earlier correspondence. We do this to ensure transparency and consistency for all customers.
Regrettably, the experience in question has now been discontinued, and weâre unable to honour vouchers for experiences that are no longer available, so even if I was to provide you with a complementary extension, this would not help. I appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and Iâm sorry we canât offer a more satisfactory resolution on this occasion, however your voucher is void and there is nothing we can offer to assist.
