I used these over 10 years ago and it was fine then they claimed a percentage automatically on a future refund so I rang to state I did not want this anymore, they were nice about it and agreed to stop future claims however, from recently logging into government gateway i have found out they are still recieveing mail on my tax affairs. This is not authorised, I have submitted a contact form after which I will put in a subject access request and see how I can escalate further to stop them.

Offered me a high price then magically found £100 worth of damage on a phone that has never left it's case or screen protector.....strange!

I know they will give me a generic reply about how their tests are fair but if thats the case then they should send pictures on their report but they won't because then they know people would compare them to the videos they took before sending

Not only will I never use them again but I'll make sure nobody around me does.

I went on a compare website to find the best price for my Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra and Grade came out top at £416, I requested a pack whoch came, they send you quite possibly the worst packaging I have ever seen! Its a small bubble wrap pocket so I sent it WITH the case and screen protector which have never been off other than to clean the phone.

They emailed me ti say it was recieved and would undergo testing, they then sent an offer of nearly £100 less than advertised, I asked why and just got told there was damage on the back. I would honestly put next month's wages on there being no damage at all, IF there was they must have used a magnifying glass! So £90 less is a joke. Steering clear, they reel you in with a high price to drop you.

Fraud! Ordered a fridge freezer weeks ago, got told from the courier recieving it would take 5-7 business days, it's now over that and they don't pick up the phone and there's no number for the courier, I have now instructed the bank to do a chargeback

Had a complaint going on for 18 months with these guys, went through the ombudsmen and they've had the audacity to fo nearly 2 months past the deadline set with no update or communication to myself, If I don't hear from them by close of business 26th April I am going to the County Court to enforce the decision! Please never use them, impossible to get hold of, ignore emails and never reply!

I did have an issue with home legal however Michael from client support rang me and I have to say is one of the most likeable people I've ever spoken to, he resolved my issue and I am now satisfied with the outcome.

Rebekka Davies has just rang me after an issue I've had and clarified a few points and resolved my issue! I really appreciate the prompt response!
