Replacement vase sorted quickly

I received 3 Mother’s Day parcels and one of the pictures was blurry. I contacted customer service and they replied quickly and sent out a replacement straight away and this arrived within a couple of days! Great communication and lovely products!

Great service during our claim

We recently had to do our first ever claim as our 4 year old golden retriever was unfortunately diagnosed with a mast cell tumour. He’s got the all clear now and recovering well thankfully! We were able to give the insurance details to our vets and they handled the claim on there end. Manypets kept us updated by email throughout the whole process and the sorted the claim and paid this within a couple of weeks of the treatment ending. Quick and efficient service, I’d definitely recommend them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We booked a hire car for 9 days and although it says you need a credit card, it does say on their website if you don’t have a credit card you can buy additional insurance at the reception upon collecting the car. We don’t have a credit card and were not willing to open a credit card just for this, especially when the website says that you can avoid this by purchasing the additional insurance. I also didn’t want to get a credit card for this after seeing several reviews stating they don’t give you the desposit back and this is around £1400. When we arrived at the location in Heraklion, they refused to offer additional insurance and said as we don’t have a credit card we were unable to take the car. The staff member at the pick up was so rude. We spoke to the supervisor who was also rude and wouldn’t let us buy the additional insurance, despite me reiterating several times that their website says you can do this. Customer service also did not answer the phone. We were sat there for 2 hours trying to sort this and all of the staff were unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. We had no choice but to walk away with no car as this was wasting our holiday and they clearly weren’t going to help us resolve this. I’ve also sent an online query regarding this with no reply. Do not use this company!!

Do not use this company!

I placed an order on 23/07/25 for an overseas shipment, this was meant to arrive overseas by 08/08. This has been stuck in customs since 05/08. I paid customs duty and taxes on sending the parcel and they’re now asking me for more money! The problem is they take days to reply to emails, there’s no live chat and no phone number!!

When they do eventually reply they’re not helpful and are not taking any steps to resolve this and get the parcel delivered. The shipment was very expensive as it is and they’re now wanting more money and saying there’s also a £25 admin fee plus VAT to pay the customs fees which I’ve paid!!

They’re also not confirming how much the customs fee is despite saying they will check for the last week, so now I’m very stressed the parcel won’t arrive in time.

Do not waste your time with this company, the whole situation is so so stressful and they have no urgency to reply or help out at all! Joke of a company.
