I’ve had four meals now. Taste wise, all ranged from decent to really good. However, all were too spicy for me either from chilli or pepper. The worst one was the marry me chicken pasta, great flavour but absolutely too spicy for me to order again. I wish there were some guaranteed mild dishes that kept the flavour!

Wish I could comment on the food but I never got my box. It was the yodel drivers fault, saying they had put my box where I said. Unfortunately, the photo did not show my door. Not even a door in my block! Yodel and hellofresh handled this appallingly with me having to defend myself and reiterate it was the drivers fault and yes I've checked everywhere. I got the box refunded but I am not happy with how much effort it took to get there. I now have to go out shopping and replan my meals for the week when I was actually quite excited to try it. Seems they put more money into marketing than getting decent delivery drivers.

Used their product over lockdown. Disliked how the company handled communication and unsubscribed. I'm still getting emails from them, despite unsubscribing from that specifically, and they're only getting more frequent.

I went for a flat viewing. It was conducted by a lovely, knowledgable woman. Afterwards, I had some questions I'd like answered and left an email. I got a call the next day promising I'd get my answers. 3 weeks later, nothing. I've left an email and 2 voice messages. I've also discovered the flat is now up for rent, which begs the question has it actually been sold, and the new owners are renting. In that case, why is the flat still up for sale, and why did no one have the decency to let me know.

They're lovely at the beginning of the process, but once you actually want to get involved in the process, absolutely nothing from them.

EDIT: After contacting customer support, I finally got an answer, that was apologetic.

According to them, the payment for one of my books was declined so I should repurchase? There is absolutely no reason why the payment should be declined, and the fact they waited so long to tell me is appalling. AVOID.

I am sadly really unimpressed with my box. I got the one off 4 choice box and chose vodka, sweets treats, chocolate and nail bits.

I’m curious to try the orange vodka, but i hate tonic and would not call that a mixer for vodka. My chocolate is vegan (which I’m fine with, but I also didn’t select vegan treats...) and my ‘sweet treats’ are both nut based and I hate most nuts. I wish you could select to not have nuts. Also seems more healthy than a sweet. I also do not think that one nail polish made this box worth it at all. A shame because it seemed extremely promising.
