Booked an appointment for Friday between 3-4pm, partner got a call via a mobile number on Tuesday asking if was available to do Wednesday instead & explained this wasn’t possible due to work hence why booked Friday as wasn’t available until then. They confirmed appointment on Friday would remain as planned. Got to 4pm Friday no one had arrived nor heard anything so partner called the mobile number that had called previously & got no answer. Got to 4:30pm, still no one arrived. Called the main number to find out what was happening - they apologised as unsure why no one had arrived & would contact the person that was meant to be attending. Got to 5pm partner got a call from the mobile number called earlier & was asked if received a text message Thursday saying appointment was cancelled due to illness! Explained obviously didn’t get any message as otherwise wouldn’t be chasing about the appointment! Said they could rearrange for Saturday morning but partner told them not to bother. Not a good first impression at all, unprofessional & below standard customer care/service and obviously aren’t that bothered about new customers- very disappointed indeed.
