Good items - terrible delivery service

Good items, but don’t expect them to arrive within a month. You will also have to chase them up because otherwise you won’t hear anything.

Still waiting on an order after a month, and then saw an ad saying ‘super fast delivery’.

ECO4 Mid Review

I'm currently mid-install as part of the ECO4 grant, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress so far. The team handling the insulation, plasterboard fitting, and plastering have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

They’ve worked quickly, efficiently, and with real attention to detail – the plastering especially is coming along beautifully, leaving the rooms looking fresh and smooth. Ben, Dale and Lee (Project manager), are professional, friendly, and tidy, taking real pride in their work and making the whole process as stress-free as possible.

It’s clear they care about doing the job properly and keeping me informed every step of the way. With the insulation and plastering almost finished, I’m really looking forward to the next stage with the solar panels and heat pump installation.

So far, I can’t recommend the team highly enough – they’re turning what could have been a disruptive process into a genuinely positive experience.

Missed multiple deliveries and received damaged items.

- didn’t arrive on the original delivery date
- no communication for days
- was told it was damaged and that they would send out a replacement
- no communication from couriers
- was told it would arrive by a certain date
- on that date I was delivered the damaged stock that was covered in adhesive, damaged, and soaking wet.

ZERO STARS

I'd give zero stars if I could.

I have 2 accounts with OVO. One personal, and a rental property.

After getting calls from OVO, and messages (approximately 2x a day), it turns out that they can't manage 2 accounts for the same person, I can't get an online account, they have the wrong e-mail address for me, and they also have no record that I told them a new tenant was moving in OR that I paid them.

After sending them statements showing that I'd paid them, I'm still receiving calls for the 'outstanding amount' and that I will be reported to credit agencies. This issue is still not sorted, and the last three calls that I've received have hung up on me during the call.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Can't return item not fit for purpose.

After buying a side panel for my shower and not realising that this was not a standalone item, I was informed that I could buy a door for my shower so that I could install the side panel. This wouldn't work for the room that I have, and I found out I needed a standalone wet screen. I was told that I could not return the item as it was passed the 2 week window even though it was not fit for purpose.

I purchased a shower tray, a panel kit, and a side panel. If I also needed another item, I should have been informed.

HI Matt, the items you purchased were from an order in April 2020 and your first contact with ourselves was today almost 10 months later. Unfortunately the manufacturers will not accept returns where the items have been on site for this amount of time and its not an item we stock and was delivered to you direct from the manufacturer. The item is clearly advertised as a side panel and is shown in the picture attached to a door and at no point is it described as a wetroom screen and is not in the wetroom screen category. Had you contacted us within 14 days the manufacturer would have accepted this back but after 10 months im afarid this is not an option.
