Lost parcel and no accountability, poor service

My parcel was marked as delivered, but it was left outside in a communal area with no one there to receive it and it has now been lost. I never agreed to parcels being left like that, and it was not delivered into my hands or left somewhere secure.

The company has simply relied on the courier saying it was “delivered” and referencing GPS data, without properly addressing the fact it was left unattended. As a result, I’m now out of pocket and without the items I paid for.

I’ve shopped with them before and rated them highly, which makes this even more disappointing. If this isn’t resolved properly, I’ll have no choice but to pursue a chargeback or take the matter further.

No resolution after three weeks of lost parcel

Order 14944201

My parcel was marked as delivered, but the delivery photo shows it left unattended outside in an unsecured location. I did not authorise a safe-place delivery and was at work at the time.

Despite raising this promptly, I have now been waiting over three weeks with no resolution. I have been repeatedly asked to wait for the courier to investigate, with no refund, replacement, or clear timeline provided.

Responsibility has been implied to rest with me for not selecting optional delivery alternatives. These are not mandatory, and under consumer law the seller remains responsible until delivery is completed correctly. I am still out of pocket for an item I did not receive and remain awaiting resolution.

Thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to hear that you found an issue with the delivery of your parcel. A claim was raised with the courier on the day that you first contacted us and they are undergoing investigations to determine if delivery of your parcel was completed correctly.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. Three parcels were left unattended in an unsafe communal area of my block of flats without my permission, and they have gone missing as a result.

The company has refused to take responsibility, relying on “proof of delivery” that only shows the address, not that the parcels were delivered securely. I was told to contact the police instead of being offered a resolution, and I am still waiting for a proper response. A complete joke.

If this is not resolved promptly, I will be taking the matter to the small claims court. I would strongly caution anyone living in a block of flats or without a secure delivery location before ordering from this company.

Lost Parcel by Evri. Blickers witholding money despite confirmation of lost parcel. Awaiting refund

I purchased sunglasses from this company which Evri left outside and subsequently lost. I have been waiting for a month for my refund with back and forth emails despite Evri claiming that the parcel has been lost in their network and advised to inform Blickers. Blickers is still not issuing me a refund and tells me the claim is still open and can take up to 4 weeks?For which purpose is the claim still open when the investigation by Evri with you has concluded and they have deemed the parcel lost with an official statement? My money is being withold by Blickers for no reason, they refuse to refund and couldnt care less if the customer has not received their order and is out of pocket. I keep on receiving generic replies from your customer support. This review will remain 1 star until I get refunded as I have been very patient with you.
UPDATE:
I sent them an email asking for an update as it has passed 1 Month that the claim is open and I received an email saying the claim was opened on November 7. I sent a complaint on the 31st of October, how did it take 7 days for them to open a claim is beyond me. The same generic response i keep on receiving from customer service without any apologies for the inconvenience caused. I have every evidence ready to make a chargeback with my bank as customer service is utterly unhelpful

Uses Evri then accuses you of fraud for failed delivery

Your courier Evri has left my parcel outside the house in full view of anyone outside. This was the second occasion I have ordered from your company and now im being denied a refund and accused of not having a genuine claim or fraud because your courier left the parcels in an unsafe area without a recipient which i have not agreed to? What utter rubbish customer service! I will be making a police report and communicate with evri as to the whereabouts of the parcel. You are in breach of the Consumer rights act 2015 and I will take this claim with my bank and head to the small claims court as this is absolutely unacceptable.

The gym is fully equipped and has a nice ambiance for working out. The gym staff are really friendly and accommodating. Its open 24 hours a day and its affordable!

I made a huge order of £2600 from this website on and ofcourse I did not know the courier is Evri. They have dumped my parcel outside my door which is clearly unsafe and is a communal area. On top of this i received an update from that day from Evri that it was there was a delay and it will be delivered next working day. Consequently when I got home my parcel was nowhere to be found. I have made a phone call to report this issue on April 3. I have sent a non declaration form with my id and details as requested and they informed me that the investigation will take a maximum of 15 days. Now it is almsot 20 days I have not received any updates. I phoned again today and game them my information to follow up my claim and the lady on the phone told me that she cannot locate or identify my order number or information? I am at a loss of words. I will have to claw my money back from paypal.

The parcel was left by courier Evri outside the door on March 29. I have raised a query with the customer service team of Cult Beauty and they informed me that they have raised an investigation with the courier. Now it is the 21st of April and has been over 20 days I still have not received an update. The live chat is barely open its always offline. I messaged through Email and i have been informed that Cult beauty will have to raise a investigation again from the courier? I need assistance on this please I have not received my order

Clueless customer service

Order no 65704570.
The Worse customer service ive ever experienced. I have been ordering from them before with no problem but If something goes wrong with your order you will have ZERO help from these clowns. My parcel was dumped by Evri outside my flat and was subsequently lost. The Customer service supervisor kept on telling me that the place it was left was a safe place when in fact i did not deem it so. Since when did sellers decide if your place is safe or not? I contacted Evri and they have already admitted liability that the parcel is lost and gave instruction for me to contact Allbeauty for a refund or replacement. I have proof with me but this supervisor still refuses to assist me with a refund despite clear evidence because of their policy? Your policy does now go above the law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re responsible for making sure my order is delivered to me at my address, I did not agree to my order being left in an unsafe place and I have not received it. Im in shock as to how utterly unhelpful,unprofessional and clueless people behind customer service considering a “supervisor” they should know this information but instead of being helpful they decide to be awkward and petty because of the incompetence of their “supervisor” .I have already did a chargeback with paypal. Shameful.
Later on allbeauty decides to flag my review as I put the first name of there supervisor in here instead of rectifying the real problem and putting forward a solution I mean how petty can you be? Snowflakes

Non existent Customer Service

The customer service in this company is utterly horrendous. My parcel was lost by evri as it was cleary left outside. They do not reply to my emails, the online chat is broken dont even try. Now i tried caling and the line just drops on me. They appear to have only two people on the customer service line. I called the other day and spoke to a very rude woman and told me that the details her male colleague said was a lie and dropped the phone on me even though i wasnt even irate on the line. She clearly doesnt care and hates her job i feel bad for her.I have never experienced such bad customer service. I will have to do a chargeback claim with paypal as their is no hope with this company. Customers shouldnt be treated this way. Save yourself the headache and avoid it like a plague.

Order claimed to have been delivered on Jan 14 but have been lost by evri as they put it ij an unsafe place. I have made a complaint since i have not received the parcel. I have been patient and called several times. i Have signed and completed the Denial of receipt form and id card upon their request. I still havent got a reply until now about any updates on my refund. I have been patient and it has been 15 days already. No one replying with emails. I called today and the man on the phone is refusing to let me speak to the service or support team as they have alot of the same issues apparently despite him being the same man i spoke to and told me if i dont get the items by Monday to call again today. Now he wants me to call again tomorrow. Not a good experience with customer service. I need the refund as soon as possible please

Completely Happy with my purchase

I was a bit hesitant when i saw a couple of bad reviews but I decided to believe the good reviews instead and Im just so glad I did. Chose this company over smartbuyglasses.co.uk which claims they have a low price match guarantee but instead replied to my email they couldnt match it for some silly reason. The glasses arrive shortly after 4 days and it was everything it was stated. Dont believe the karens leaving bad reviews. This company is legit i tell you dont hesitate and just buy as they have the best prices in my opinion.
