For three years @$179 a year and they offer new subscribers $9.99 a month and 50% off if you do an annual subscription. I’m in effect subsidising new users . Great product but clearly fleecing your existing loyal subscribers comes first . Also try using the help screen ! Doesn’t work and the only way of getting the contact email use the app .

We honestly thought Voneus were awful after the took over SWS . Seems we were wrong , guy on our doorstep this morning , I’d verified fault , new router , 42mb service resumed and advice on how our 42 mb get diluted by users and devices . Seems a councillor at Shropshire council pulled the plug on the gigabit service despite many poles already being put in place !!!!

Shane the email was titled flex so I never saw it and that you used a phone number not associated with me for ten years to communicate .
