Disgusting service, keep ignoring my request

YOU HAVENT EMAILED ME. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU KEEP SENDING THE SAME STANDARD RESPONSE EVERYTIME, WE ARE GETTING NOWHERE!!!!!

I left a review earlier on in the week, I have been waiting over two months for my order. I have repeatedly over the last couple of weeks told you I want to cancel it and for you to re-credit me, you are constantly ignoring this request and keep saying you will chase the supplier. The order is 933 1171. I want confirmation now that this order has been cancelled and I have been re-credited. Otherwise I will be speaking to the citizens advice bureau to get the information to report you to the relevant authority. You have my mobile number please ring me instead of sending the same email over and over again to which you are ignoring what I am saying.

Disgusting customer service

I note your reply but I have not received an email from you! I received an email yesterday from jay patrick saying chasing supplier. I said I don’t want the item now, I’ve been waiting 2 months!! 😡 please re credit immediately as requested.

I ordered 5 items in the same order, 2 received quickly had to chase for the other 3. 2 further items were received. Had to chase for the outstanding item to which I was told they were chasing the supplier. 2 months has now gone by and I have still not received this outstanding item. You cannot contact them by phone, only email. Over the last 3 weeks I have emailed numerous times and got no response. Today received an email saying the item was delivered in September (yes these were the 2 items that I last received). I had received an email from someone since then saying they were chasing the supplier for the outstanding item and they are now asking me to contest the delivery!!! They do not liaise with one another or ready any previous notes. I am now really, really annoyed and constantly wasting my time with them. Just credit my account!!! Absolutely disgraceful customer service DO NOT USE THEM - they are quick to take your money but if you have a problem they ignore you.
