The service engineer turned up in freezing conditions and had a rather tricky battery install with our vehicle which required multiple components to be removed first and then replaced. All in freezing conditions.

He stuck with it and got the job done.

I purchased a dishwasher with a 5 year Care & Repair plan. I have spent the last 90 minutes being told by a call centre person that they have no record of my plan and then gave me a phone number to call that continually takes 3 minutes of your life with inane questions - and then hangs up!
This feels like a deliberate strategy to drive away people who have already paid for a service plan by just refusing to acknowledge the existence of the plan.
