how can i rate you if i have not made a claim,all ive done for the last 2 years is pay for the renewal,to rate you the only way is to make a claim and see how well you handle that claim,so this review is quite pointless,the 2 stars are for the amount i have to pay you ,as you are in the same ball park as other insurer's regarding cost,as for a actual claim we will wait and see.

All this mob care about is trying to get access money out of you even though my daughters insurance company tells them that there is no access to pay as it was a non fault shunt(old bill smashed into back of my daughters car)but no ,they kept on demanding money before they would release the car ,saying that they had not recieved the email from them stating so,and yet again i had to get in touch with the insurance company, to email them again as they would not release the car unless payment was made😡 this happened three times before they say they actually got the email,Bull,,,,t,as for the repair total crap had to send it back as the gaps around the bootlid were not even ,one side wider than the other,all the filler dust was still in the boot not been hoovered out at all,you might try to make out that you are in the repair business at the same level as Lovells who used to own the business ,but you are Steer (never even heard of you ) trying to make out your repair work is on the same high quality as Lovells,you lot are way off the mark not only in repairs but in CUSTOMER SATISFACTION,i only used you as when the insurance company told me that you were local and had taken over from Lovells i thought great,as i knew from years ago that they had a great reputation for high quality work,big mistake,they say you learn from your mistakes and i certainly have.
i dont care about the 5,or 4 or even 3 star reviews you have received,this is my review regarding the customer service received or should i say ....lack of it ,and the repair work you did on my daughters car.
No way would i ever recommend you to anybody for repair work.

this is the worst housefuel(supposed to be smokeless ovals)ive ever purchased,thankfully i only had half a ton ,when opening the bags the ovals are a lot smaller than the ones i usually have (the coal hut,glolite ovals )twice the size of this crap,and where do you people reckon you get less dust with this product...i get hell of a lot more,also there is a lot of broken ovals in the bags,and yes the ovals' are damp,thus making hell of a lot of smoke,until it gets going,buy cheap buy twice,will never use this crap again will go back to my usual supplier,regardless of the cost.And by the way the 5 star reviews on there website are very dubious ,one guy called john had 4 ,5star reviews all exactly the same word for word,all the same date????Read the REAL reviews on Trustpilot before you waste your money with this lot i learnt the hard way.

Good quality blinds at a great price when I purchased. them,easy to put up but anything over 6ft wide then you are going to need help to offer up blind to locate into the locking position ,as they are fairly weighty,her in charge loves them,so if shes happy then I'm happy.

Would like to give Sarah (dont know her last name) at the Peterborough branch of Tui a big shout she was very helpful ,explaining everything we needed to know ,or didn't know,she wasn't trying to push anything on to us,always making sure that what we wanted,was the right choice for us to get the best from our chosen holiday, a shining example of what customer service should be, Tui are very lucky to have someone like her working for them.5*****

First time using LV for my car insurance,got to say its one of the better sites to get car insurance,and ive used a lot over the years,simple straight forward questions,no trick questions,all done in 5 minutes,and yes the price quoted was very good compared to others ,and the service? Had to phone on a Sunday to tell them i had changed my private number plate to a different one,no fuss whatsoever ,done in a couple of minutes so straight forward and stressfree,dont know because i am a new customer whether this service will continue whenever i might need to make a claim hope so,very happy to give 5 stars and to recommend to others.
