I would have giving them 5 stars if the price was little smaller they’re more expensive than other site but they beat them with the delivery time! They’re the best I got my lenses two days later so thank you v much

This is really a great company, delivering my perfume the day after! I am very very happy!!! I would have giving it a 5 if the delivery price charge was lower it is quite high compared to other sites however I got it today and I am delighted as I am Invited so just in time to wear it for my day out!

As a regular shopper in the store; what started as a good-natured interaction a Sunday morning quickly turned into something very uncomfortable. One of the staff members responded in a confrontational and defensive way, completely misreading my tone and intentions. I was honestly in a good mood and trying to be polite, but her reaction was unexpectedly aggressive and made me feel very uncomfortable. When I asked to speak to the manager, I had hoped for a fair and understanding response. Instead, the manager seemed to take sides without even hearing me out properly, clearly having spoken to the staff member. I felt dismissed and misjudged, as if my concerns didn’t matter at all. This whole experience left me feeling embarrassed and extremely disappointed. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism and respect, unfortunately, I received neither from the female manager that made the whole situation worse i left without getting my money back back for the coffee I did not get at the end. I wouldn’t come back if it wasn’t my convenient store right where I live and the rest of the staff had always been very friendly to me!

Item as described and arrived on time to Ireland mostly happy with item as it is really of a good quality and trustworthy business for an online commerce platform. I am glad I trusted my instinct and purchased of them. Only downer are the Prices as too expensive for everyone but again their products are not for everybody I was lucky to get something I liked from the sale

I hate this company they took money and I have been waiting for months for an eyeshadow palette they don't have when I asked for my money back (refund) they informed me that they need to discuss it with the seller!!!! There was no notification that it was on pre-order or unavailable or anything like that the worst is waiting 3 months for it and nothing yet they only gave me a "5 euro credit!" for my next purchase as an apology which I don't want because I will never buy from them again! just want my refund! AVOID

DPD is my favourite courrier company, always reliable, the guys are very nice, no messing about and will keep your package safe! Unlike some courriers companies would throw it to the neighbour's house, pavements or whatever!
