Very disappointing and embarrassing experience
As a regular shopper in the store; what started as a good-natured interaction a Sunday morning quickly turned into something very uncomfortable. One of the staff members responded in a confrontational and defensive way, completely misreading my tone and intentions. I was honestly in a good mood and trying to be polite, but her reaction was unexpectedly aggressive and made me feel very uncomfortable. When I asked to speak to the manager, I had hoped for a fair and understanding response. Instead, the manager seemed to take sides without even hearing me out properly, clearly having spoken to the staff member. I felt dismissed and misjudged, as if my concerns didn’t matter at all. This whole experience left me feeling embarrassed and extremely disappointed. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism and respect, unfortunately, I received neither from the female manager that made the whole situation worse i left without getting my money back back for the coffee I did not get at the end. I wouldn’t come back if it wasn’t my convenient store right where I live and the rest of the staff had always been very friendly to me!
