Easy to order on-line delivery was quicker than initially indicated, but kept informed of when it had left and when it would delivered

Placed order on the phone with no problem. Had an e-mail to tell me delivery date, then another to confirm delivery time slot. Then another to say delivery had been cancelled for that day. Actually arrived the following day. No explanation as to why original delivery was cancelled. This is the first problem I have had with Watson, otherwise very pleased with their service

Package was delivered much earlier than expected. I had purchased the product before so knew what to expect.

I initially had problems with trying to register on-line, first it turned out I hadn't got a mobile registered. Then when that was sorted, it took so long for a security code to come through on the phone that when I went back to enter it the page had timed out. I tried three times but in the end I phoned. I got through to an extremely helpful lady who talked me through registering on-line and setting up a new account. Wish I had been able to speak to her in the first instance when I would have given this a 5 star. Last year someone at the bank set up an account for me but apparently they cannot do that now. I was fortunate on the day I chose to open a new account as a new issue with higher interest had been opened that day.

Have used Spray and Leave before. It works brilliantly, especially on moss on conservatory. Some had gone within a couple of hours. Ordering was easy on-line and was kept up-to-date with order progress. It was delivered on time by Evri Courier

We were very pleased with the installation and now good it is, however not at all pleased with the following. We returned from holiday a few weeks ago to find the inside 'cap' which covers all the screws had fallen down, and just needs clipping back up. We contacted Greenspace to ask if when they had anyone in the area they could fit this back up. I was advised that this was not covered by the warranty (10 years), which apparently only covers the panels and they would charge £180 to do a job which would take them about 10 minutes and would have to send some out to have a look. We are both pensioners and have mobility issues and this is high up in the conservatory and higher than we could reach with our step ladder. Naturally we have not agreed to what we consider to be an exhorbitant charge.

The dress is a bit darker blue than I had anticipated, and it was rather creased having been delivered by Royal Mail. Other than that I am happy with it

Never before had items from Ideal World delivered so quickly, 2 days after ordering. The Top Gear Car Wash is brilliant, better than a similar product I have used, it needs no effort and has cleaned my house windows too.

Easy to order the Piranha Peeler set on-line. Kept informed of when it had left the warehouse and able to track delivery. Hermes advised delivery time and it was delivered within the 2 hour window. Easy and convenient to shop with Ideal World. Used the peeler when it arrived yesterday and very pleased with it.
