Easy to install as I was swapping them for the old fluorescent under counter lights in the kitchen. They have a good brightness and the price was great

It was a quick delivery from time of order and I was kept informed. However delivery companies should try to leave parcels with a neighbour if the person is not in and not just leave it on the doorstep, especially suck a large box that is easily seen by everyone.

The 3 items I bought on line are great and one of them engraved perfectly, however I was disappointed that they did not provide gift boxes for the 3 items. To pay an extra £15 for the boxes was excessive. When I purchase something from the store I always get them in a box bot a cheap plastic grip seal bag. I shall be purchasing from the shops in future, if I continue to be a customer
