My son was without his phone when he needed it most. This company haven't asked once at renewal for phone receipts until I put a claim in. It was one taking ages to get back to me with emails.
Ive since cancelled but please be aware, if you want to claim they will treat you like an idiot but can take money for over 4 years off you.

Please don't sign up to these. Since Sept 2020 I've had problems. I've been given 3 months free due to one problem after next. Never works! I've asked to be disconnected, Noone listens. This company need taking out of service. Xbox very very slow, although I pay top price.
