Automatic camera not very user friendly, took photos too quickly and before the image was properly centered within the image box portrayed on screen. Also, the image box was very small when trying to capture image of passport, therefore only allowing half of the passport to be photographed. Would recommend that user is allowed to upload images already taken rather than within the App.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience with the ID task in the app. Usually the app will not move on to the next step unless it has taken the details required, however, should you need to upload another image, after completing all your tasks you will have the option to 'Upload Optional Documents'. Here you can upload pictures or PDF's of anything you wish to share.
The reason we ask for new live photos within the app is to ensure the images taken are as reliable and accurate as possible, and they haven't been edited at all. We will be sure to share this feedback with our product team.
