Our experience of the delivery of our kitchen today has been really good. Myles and Adam have been really friendly and helpful.
There is an issue with the work tops but that is not the delivery people’s fault, it’s just another problem we have to sort with the Wren Kitchen customer services. Promised a call back this afternoon and guess what once again no one has called us. More of our time to be wasted tomorrow calling Wren.

I wasn’t sure if the advert was genuine when I saw the jacket advertised. I decided to take a chance as I loved the jacket I saw. It took just over 2 weeks to arrive but there was some updates which was reassuring. It came from Pakistan I found out from the tracking. When the jacket arrived I was really pleased. It was packaged really well in a box and with tissue paper around the jacket.
The quality of the leather was really good. The jacket was even better than I expected. The fit was good. I was going to size up when ordering, but when I went to put the order through I was advised to check my measurements and compare with their sizing chart. This was great advice as choosing my usual size ensured the jacket fitted well, and it did.
I would definitely recommend this company for your leather jacket. I have have had a very positive experience and have a lovely jacket to prove it.

My 2nd delivery this week from Yodel. Each time has been an excellent experience. Based on this experience I would certainly recommend this company.

Ordered last Sunday arrived Wednesday evening. Have ordered from here before so expect quality product and feel this is what I got again. Highly recommend this company.

We were kept informed about our large wardrobe purchase. We were able to organise delivery to a date/time that suited us. Delivery was later in the day than we expected but we were updated. Delivery people were friendly and able to put items where we asked.
The wardrobe was fairly straightforward to put together but due to its size best to do with 2 people. The hardest part was adding the top on but this was mainly because my husband felt it was better to stand the wardrobe up before putting this on as he was worried it would brake the base when we tried to stand it up as it is so heavy. The only design fault we had was adding the narrow front panel at the top as the hole for the dowel wasn’t drilled deep enough so when you fastened the panel on it broke through the panel.
I contacted HomeDone and they were brilliant and managed to arrange a new panel to be sent to us from the company that makes them.
We did originally buy the lights for inside the wardrobe but realised they are not ones that come on/off when you open/close the doors. We were able to return these and were refunded.
I am happy with the finished result and definitely recommend.

So easy to book. Get all details of the booking emailed to you. Driver details sent to you nearer the time. Also given contact number for them and they call you to say they are at the arranged meeting place. Our place was Barcelona airport and then the return journey when we were going home.
Nice clean comfortable cars. Drivers friendly and helped with our luggage. Spoke good English (our Spanish is not impressive) and we learnt a lot from them about Barcelona and living there.
Was well worth the cost was just over £80 for the return journey.
Certainly recommend and will use again.

What can I say Kelly Marie in the Derby shop was amazing in helping me find a dress for my son’s wedding next month. I am not a dress kind of person so I needed a lot of help. We worked out what size I needed, (seems I’d been buying too big). She showed me different options in my size and I was so pleased to find ‘the one’. For months I had tried on so many in shops, bought lots online and sent back at least 20. The search is now over. Thank you so much Kelly Marie for your help.

Always do what I request. Delivery has never failed. Easy to follow website. Costs are way better than Royal Mail. Delivery is always as requested. Like how I am kept up to date with my parcels progress.

Great sale. Managed to pick 2 dresses. Arrived within a couple of days. Loved both the dresses but I felt one didn't suit me, so will be returning it. However the other one is perfect. Great quality, love the colour and design. Looking forward to wearing it.

Was informed when items were being delivered and the time slot. I had option to change delivery place if needed. As I was going to be home, I waited in for the delivery.

Bought a lovely jumper from Next. Initially I bought one a size bigger than I usually have, as I wanted a loose fit. Unfortunately it was way to big when it arrived. So, I sent it back and ordered a smaller size. It arrived the next day and was the fit I wanted. Easy to find on the website, easy to order and often can be picked up from one of their shops (including the Home shops) for free. Certainly recommend.

Ordered yesterday 2 clothing items. Pick up delivery from shop the next day. All as expected. Collected on the day of delivery.

Bought a lovely white cot for my grandson. It turns into a little bed for him after he grows out of the cot. Cot went together really easily and looks lovely. My son and daughter in law love it, as does my grandson. Lovely quality mattress included. Delivery was brilliant, kept upto date at all stages of the order and delivery process. Delivery on time.

I ordered some trainer socks on 4th August and when they didn't turn up after a couple of weeks I made a comment on their FB page. They asked me to send details of my order to them which I did. This was then rectified and a week later I now have the socks which I am thrilled with. Love the colours and the quality and will start wearing them from today. If I am happy wearing them I will certainly be ordering some more. Would of give 5 stars if hadn't had the blip with my order.

Bought a ticket for the Gin Festival in Nottingham last weekend. It had been cancelled last year but our tickets were still valid for the new date. It was also in a different place from the original booking and we did eventually get informed by email about this. Tickets were £5 cheaper via Groupon so was happy with this. Will certainly look out for this event again via Groupon.

Ordered a jacket that was in the sale, so great price. Pleased with the style and fit of the jacket, it looks good quality. My only issue with it is, it sounds like the jacket is made of a plastic bag when your walking and the sleeves rub on the jacket. I've kept it though, as its a light waterproof jacket ideal for walking my dog as the weather starts to get warmer and for the price I paid I can cope with that. I was pleased with the delivery of it. Kept informed about it and when it would be delivered. So recommend buying from Regatta and having purchased other items from them I feel they are reliable and offer good prices and quality.
