Ruined my nails, do not recommend
Used it three times and it’s absolutely ruined my nails, they’re now breaking, peeling and in generally terrible condition.
I used the official remover from Glamrdip as well, would not recommend at all.
Plus they’ve removed my comments from their social media posts, so don’t believe all the positive reviews, anyone disagreeing is just deleted.

Hi Shelly,
I am genuinely sorry to read this, and I completely understand why you would feel disappointed. It's the exact opposite of what we want anyone to experience with our system 😓
To share a bit of context, we are a small team of passionate nail health enthusiasts who banded together after our own experiences with nail damage from salon sets. This is exactly why we have poured so much into building a system where every product is vegan, cruelty-free and 18-free, and designed to support nail and skin health over time, not just look good on day one.
With any type of damage, what we most commonly see is that the natural nail plate has been weakened by some form of lifting along the way. That can happen during removal, or if the nail surface is filed too much during prep.
This is exactly why we are so particular about this step. Our Remove Solution is infused with calcium, vitamin E, keratin, and coconut oil to help keep your nails and surrounding skin hydrated throughout. Paired with our ergonomic Remove Bowl, removal lasts usually around 15 minutes.
I’m also really sorry if it felt like your voice wasn’t being heard. That’s never our intention. Because our pages are often the first place new customers land, we try to keep the main threads clear, and helpful, especially when it comes to anything that could be interpreted as medical advice or could cause unnecessary worry for beginners. There are times we may hide or remove comments, if they contain personal details, language that invites pile-ons, or medical claims we cannot responsibly assess publicly.
We also sometimes move detailed troubleshooting into private messages because comment threads can spiral quickly and become confusing for beginners who are still learning the basics. Confidence matters a lot in the early stages, and we've seen anxiety can lead people to skip steps, rush removal, or try quick fixes mid-application, which can increase the likelihood of preventable issues.
If you would like a wider snapshot of what our community shares day to day, you are also very welcome to browse our Facebook Group with over 76,000 members called All Things GLAMRDiP. It is a great space for inspo, tips, and helpful techniques from customers at all different stages of their mani journey, and we have Parent Threads there too with guidance put together from years of testing and community feedback.
Most importantly, your happiness genuinely matters to us, Shelly, and we would really love the chance to turn this around for you. If you are open to it, could you please email us at support@glamrdip.com with your order number and a couple of clear photos of your nails, plus a quick note on how you removed. We will connect you with one of our mani experts for one-on-one support so we can understand what happened and guide you toward the best possible outcome from here.
And if you are simply not up for troubleshooting right now, we completely respect that too. We are more than happy to offer you a full refund because the last thing we want is for you to feel stuck with something that has caused stress or damage.
Best regards,
Patricia
