If I could give 0 I would. I have a DS3 and got air bag fixed last year, DVSA is still saying there is an outstanding recall. I have been emailing and phoning over a week and they are not taking ownership. The lady I spoke to this morning would not let me talk, would not provide complaints and hung up on me, absolute disgrace.

Would def use this service again. Easy process from start to finish. The office staff have been attentive and helpful. Geoff the gentleman who dropped my car off was also extremely helpful, and kept me updated on when my car would be delivered
