I have been waiting for back order and…

I have been waiting for back order and was told 3 -5 days normally. Fair enough but after over 10 days and 3 e-mails with no answer as to the status, 60 minute wait on the phone to speak to someone, I have hopefully cancelled them via email but do not hold my breath and ordered elsewhere.

Chrome stand identifying as a red one

Hi, ordered a chrome fire extinguisher stand and was sent a red one, having to spray it satin black now as it is in a shop doorway and no time to return. Having said that the item arrived quickly.

Top service

Placed order and only one of two parcels came, phoned up and without any hesitation arranged for a replacement. That is top service!

Poor customer service

The driver tried to deliver next door but refused to bring it to the site we were working on. I paid extra to have it before 12 and it came just after. I still do not have my parcel after rearranging for next day and I believe the depot is just being awkward now. This driver has let your company down,if he worked for ne and did that I would sack him.

Poor delivery times

Poor delivery times, this is more a complaint against arranged delivery time having sat and waited for a delivery on a specific date arranged the week before so to be on site. The delivery did not arrive despite the ticket stating the selected day. Change your delivery company, considering purchasing eleswhere.
