I always feel comfortable when going to…

I always feel comfortable when going to my club that I will always be greeted by friendly reception team and personal fitness trainers. The facilities are very good generally. Only the car park barriers need to be reinstated which have been broken for 6 months or more. It doesn't give a good impression on the club.

Mark Sone repaired our boiler yesterday and was very good. Gave us a lot of advice and tips on how to save energy and heat. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you.

My wife who is a member slipped over in…

My wife who is a member slipped over in the reception area on the 15th February on a wet day and was attended to by the life guard. My wife couldn't put any weight down on her left foot and following a visit to Orsett hospital the same day the outcome was that she had broken the 5th metatarsal in her foot and now has to wear a protective boot for 6 weeks. There was insufficient floor covering in that area and I suggested that a matt covering should be extended across the whole area up to turnstiles. An accident report was completed by the life guard on the day of the accident. Despite being told that someone would ring us to advise us when her membership would freeze and generally seeing how she was no one has been in contact. We also were going to use my remaining 2 guest passes valid until 28th February but can't now that my wife is unable to use the facilities like the gym and swimming pool. I would be grateful if at least further guest passes could be allocated and also a phone call would be appreciated to my wife Madeleine Sealy-Bell. We have been loyal members for over 20 years now. After previous holiday nightmare…

After previous holiday nightmare experience with Teletext, it was so refreshing to arrange our next holiday with Sheila Sparks. She has been so helpful and has kept us informed and has advised us of everything needing to be covered. She has certainly taken the worries of booking and organising a holiday away from us and look forward to speaking with her nearer the date of our Barbados holiday. Well done Sheila!
