Bought ledvision led tubes and battens. Awful quality. Flimsy and the t8 tubes were bending when connected because of the cheap shell. Never going to buy them again.

This is a REAL experience.
Had a worst experience with these people. Took out European short term insurance. broke down in the frankfurt main and tried to ring to seek assistance and they answered they cannot attend because I did not inform them of my departure by email/telephoning. they were not willing to cover the fault based on an electric fault but it was a timing chain issue. I had to pay privately to tow the car to the nearest repair shop. This company is a con and I am going to report them to trading standards.
The response I got is a standard one which these con artist have already prepared to satisfy these online review sites. The genuine companies come to the customer and try to resolve the issue especially if I have given them the policy number. The fact of the matter is they refused my claim not on the basis they are trying to tell in the response.

As this is an insurance product there are terms and conditions which have to be met in order to get a successful claims outcome. All information relating to your policy and claims process was available to you, before, during and after the purchase of the policy to ensure the insurance product you are purchasing meeting your specific needs. Before the purchased of the policy you would have had to agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of the policy as well as the policy wording, within the policy wording it outlines that before traveling you are required to advised us of your travels before the departure date in order to have a successful claims outcome.
I understand this might not be the response you were looking for but hopefully it give you more information to the policy your have purchased.
