My business centre has x 2 Burco water boilers, 1 is in need of repair and still in warranty. Booked an engineer to attend. Received text / email to say will notify on day of appointment a 2hr window slot. Today received a phone call, well if you can call it a call, phone didn't even ring and voicemail left to say will be here between a certain time, Noticed a van driving around business centre car park, and quickly driving out. We have rang customer service to be told he has closed the ticket and will need to open a new repair.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
