My issue is with the failure of Calor to sort out the problems concerning Direct Debits, I have a budget account , for which direct debits should have been collected monthly, these have not been collected since Feb 24, I have e-mailed, telephoned, with the response I will be contacted shortly with my new instructions. The e-mails I sent they could not even be bothered to acknowledge. I am still waiting for a phone call, this has been going on since August.

My builder was very helpful in finding a suitable trades person to do my driveway. The people who eventually done the job were excellant , and highly recommended. I would use My builder again if the need arises.
