Really professional and helpful. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Decided to get some sunglasses with the golden ticket which were very reasonable. All in all a very good visit.

Ordered leather Lacoste shoes and received canvas ones. No explanation why. As I liked them I kept them but shouldn’t canvas be cheaper?. Has put me off ordering anything else.
