I was charge shipping for each individual item even though it came in same box!! I was given 1 day to collect the rest of my order from the local shop before they cancelled it, not everyone can collect within 1 day 😔

Pertaining to the Click & Collect orders, ideally, when an order is ready to collect, the customer will receive a confirmation email advising them that their order is ready to be picked up, and then customers have 2 days from receiving a confirmation email to collect their order. If you are unable to collect your order within 2 days of receiving the confirmation email, I'm afraid the order will be refunded automatically. Further, I understand you are unhappy with the delivery fee charged.
Delivery fees have been fixed considering various factors and are designed in a way to allows us to offer a better online shopping experience. There is a £2.95 postage and packaging fee per individual item.
The delivery charges are not charged based on the number of packages sent to you. It is charged based on the number of items ordered.
