I bought 3 small tubs of mica, one was really easy to open, the other 2 were impossible. I tried everything before contacting customer services who advised to open with a knife and wear gloves whilst doing so. Not impressed with the customer service. Products shouldn’t be that difficult to open. Waste of time and money and I won’t be ordering again.

Overall great experience.

I have recommended this company to others as the quality and range of oils alongside excellent pricing, free shipping for baskets over £35 in value and fast shipping makes Pure Scented an obvious choice.

I’ve had issues with DPD but customer service has been great.

Bought some fragrance oils and room sprays from pure scented, and must say I’m very impressed with them. They smell great and delivery was fast, highly recommend

I really hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses but the customer service has been awful. My delivery was not delivered to my flat. I contacted DPD who said the retailer had to contact them not me. So I’ve sent 3 emails now to pure scented and they haven’t replied. I called and was told they would contact DPD and I would just have to order again to get the products. I didn’t want to do this in case the original order showed up and then I’m stuck having to pay postage to return one lot. It’s been well over a week since I emailed regarding lost delivery and they haven’t replied. I’ve now had to do a chargeback with my bank as pure scented obviously don’t care. I run a small business myself and if a customers order goes missing I sort the customer out and deal with the delivery company. I don’t ignore them for over a week.

I bought a home not far from the E. Warren Ave location, so I was very excited when I saw the Pure Scents body oil store in my area. My first time there, I was greeted with smiles and warm welcomes by the store owner and by the customers, surprisingly. Yes, excellent customer service, lovely atmosphere and I looove my scents!

I ordered 100g of fragrance oil. I entered my address and waited for shipping cost, but it did not show until after I paid by paypal. First I knew was when i got order confirmation, showing postage was charged at £17.99. Absolutely ridiculous for a 100g item.
I emailed asking for the order to be cancelled, and they have done so.
Pure Scented say the delivery price is shown prior to placing the order, so there may have been a glitch when I was on their website, but the postage definitely did not show at any time until I received a receipt. They say the couriers are to blame, but £17.99 for a 100g item, that cost less than £10 is crazy.

I ordered 15 fragrance oil for my Cold Process Soap. The majority of them seized riced and some made the soap batter turn purple. 14 of the scents didn't last and one had a slight scent, I wouldn't purchase again for Cold Process Soap.

I cannot recommend Pure Scented enough. This is the first time I used them & was impressed with the smooth process & prompt delivery of my items.

The price & value for the 10ml is fantastic. The items really do smell like the description & so far the length of time the oil diffuses for is fantastic.

Pure Scented packaged the items with care & after ordering, I had my items within 36 hours. Even small details like providing the itinerary sheet they used to tick off each product & provide the completed order on paper within the package was good too. I will be using my oils for a diffuser inside my home as well as in my car.

I can’t recommend this company enough. If there was to be one downside, it was purely due to me not liking the smell of the ‘gift’ bottle that they provided along with my order. This doesn’t reflect on the company, only the fact that the smell wasn’t to my liking - but I appreciate the effort made.

I ordered rouge fragrance oil and the smell was horrible, it had a headache smell. Does not smell like rouge at all and I have ordered rouge before. They sent the wrong oil. I reached out to customer service and they expected me to pay for returns postage, they mentioned that if they detect that it was their fault then I will receive a refund with the refund of the postage too. It was a lengthy process and not all couriers ship fragrance oils. I paid a lot for postage for the parcel to get refused by Purescented and get shipped back to me. This has been a horrible experience shopping at purescented. The lack of customer service and a terrible returns/faulty policy. I do not recommend at all. Now I’m waiting for a response for my refund. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Better to shop at a well known supplier like NIKURA, they have efficient customer service and quick delivery.

Smell nice initially but the scent literally lasts seconds before it's gone. I've even tried them in my car and can barely smell them. They're just not strong enough in my opinion.

I love these guys and when phoned polite too I only use 1 company and that's pure scented

After enquiring via email about where to find batch codes, I was met by extremely blunt sentences containing very little words or explanation, which caused me to complain in reply. I received an apology, with more words—Great! But the fact that I had to complain in the first place was enough to put a bad taste in my mouth. Like many people, I jump straight to the bad reviews first as it gives an idea of what a company's standards are really like. Upon reading through, I've noticed I'm not alone and this is a reoccurring problem. It's unfortunate you've created yourselves a reputation around this issue. Best improve!
Ps. Regardless of your terms around batch numbers and expiry dates, I suggest you make a change and supply them on the product labels.

I bought a number of different fragrances and all were very very poor. Felt conned. Will never buy anything again.

I recently made an order on Pure Scented which was over £100. It got
delivered the next day (highly
impressed by the efficiency), however three of my fragrance oil bottles had leaked. I notified them of the issue and it was very quickly resolved with no issues whatsoever and received three new bottles of the fragrance oils the next day. Fantastic customer service and am very happy with all of my scents as they are great quality and strong smelling :)

I started making wax melts nearly a year ago, Ive been trialling different companies for comparisons. I always go back to Pure Scented. I have had to pay shipping on the other companies despite my orders being over £70.000 and feel disappointed with some of the oils from other suppliers as some of them smell 'soapey' not with Pure Scented. Also with some of the other companies you have to purchase 50ml sample bottles but with Pure Scented you can purchase 10ml. So far Ive only found 1 other fragrance oil supplier who can rival Pure Scented but there prices are so dearer! Shame Pures Scented dont do free CLP labels that maybe their possibly down fall and they dont engage on social media with their customer unlike other suppliers. My only grumple is that Amazon deliver the orders and they have been wrong on one occassion which was quickly rectified thank goodness as I had to get an order our quickly and the deliveries are not quick enough. Come on Pure Scented pull your up 🤭. Other wise totally recommend, give them a try !

This is the BEST company for getting high quality fragrance oils for both oil burners or electronic humidifiers. The smells are spot on and very very true to what they are supposed to smell of. They do a Joup smell which smells identical to the real thing. A real must buy company.

Highly recommend this company. Their scents are lovely, great quality and affordable compared to other fragrance suppliers. What I especially love is that they offer free delivery when you spend over £30 - no other fragrance company in the UK offers this and it really helps to keep costs down. AND they also ship really fast, last time I ordered it came in two days.

I really can’t fault this company, delivery was super quick via Amazon logistics delivery. The shoe box size box my order came in was beautiful and the little scent bottles where also in a cute little packet, tightly fitted. I opted to spend £30 to get free delivery. My favourite scent so far is Seychelles. What I would like to see on their website is a way to add my favourite scents to a wish list. I found this company on Amazon but looked for their own website, definitely worth it as it is much cheaper. Will definitely use again in the future.
