Delivery

I ordered for next day delivery and as usual Evri failed !! Then said it was delivered then sorry we couldn't deliver ! Matalan you need to change courier. I will never order again as I beso many others will not .

Used approx 7 times and one cord broke

Used approx 7 times and one cord broke. Was sent an email saying they didn't know how roughly I treated item . No refund or replacement. I'm 67 with copd not got the energy to mistreat item . Absolutely disgusting . I also paid for lifetime warranty. Waste of money , Scam !!

Call

I have been trying to call Girvan store many times today and get told cant answer call and then cut off. Even called many times when on live feed says not busy , absolutely disgusting. Great way to run a business
