Excllent product quality

Excllent product quality. The only difficulty i have experienced is that the screws are very soft, it can make fitting the door knobs difficult as you have to be careful to avoid ruining the screw head.

British gas lite contact problems

Hi
I moved into a new property that formerly ran a company from this location.
I found it very difficult to identify who was the previous gas provider.
A few weeks after moving in I started getting text messages for BGlite demanding a final bill. This is despite never starting a contract with BGlite, nor passing on my details. I have contacted BG but cannot in any way contact BGlite as I do not have a contract to my knowledge and cannot therefore use the text chat.
I have just received a letter demanding final payment but I am worried that it is a scam. I am more than happy to pay if this is a legitimate demand, but I have no way of contacting BGlite to confirm!
I know this is an unusual problem, but it seems that the format of BGlite is creating great difficulty for me.
