I had a picture email reading with Phoenix. It was spot on in identifying what has been going on and gave me reassurance in what is to come and what I need to work on to make that happen. I sent a return in December 2021 and it is now February with no sign of a refund. They will tell you about returns being put into large cages so refunds can take 28 working days. Well these days are up and I was asked to send proof of tracking for my return. Lo and behold my teacking info is no longer available because of the time it took for them to respond to my requests for my refund. I did however provide proof of my return. Now they are ignoring my emails. My advice would be to beware if ordering from this company

Had a query in regards to a refund and it was dealt with quickly by Nicole D. Correspondence was via WhatsApp so I would recommend using this method for a quick and straightforward resolution as you can send pictures/documents of supporting evidence to help with your issue. Nicole was great, would recommend
