Amazing staff really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and help me select my new stick(s). Rufus explained the pros and cons of several sticks, helping with my selection from the huge array of sticks they stock. Went back in for a second stick as a result of the customer service, ability to try using the sticks and high quality products.

The first pair of shoes I received were faulty, no one's fault in particular these things happen, just annoying as I had to send multiple emails and then had the hassle of organising a return. I was asked for photos which were already attached to the first email I sent. I then requested a replacement pair. I got a refund. I contacted the company they said it was due to stock levels, but the boots were showing as available online. I spoke via email to someone who was fab, but then after promising a part refund, due to me being unable to use my original discount code failed to return me any money. I then had to send a further follow up email.

Yvy & Hihai were both absolutely fantastic today!!!
They were extremely polite, careful and considerate. Instead of having two separate collections on two different days, the lady rang the office and organised/ got permission to combine the two collecting both returns today. Total professionals!
