I have a couple of accounts with Saga and today because I have 2 accounts with zero balance and I wished to close them I phoned up customer services.
I was closing these because I keep getting messages about changes in interest rates and it was for their benefit to close them.
What a farce, far too many security questions, extremely unhelpful and resulted in me stopping the call.

Yesterday the Hermes driver could not find my address and sent photographs to show his van on the road but nowhere near my address.
Obviously never heard of a map or could not read one and was relying on GPS.
Was told unable to deliver.
Delivered today and packages left outside the door in the rain.
No attempt to ring bell or even knock on the door.
If a neighbour had not notified me they could have been there in the rain until Monday.
Absolutely disgraceful service.
