Useless. What’s the point of giving someone a time that you will be delivering and then turning up 30 minutes early. Unsurprisingly, if you tell me when you are coming, that’s when I will be in.

After receiving a text telling me I would be paying 21.4% extra for the my service I thought I’d give them a call. If you want to speak to someone, the only way to manage that is to call from a non EE number; if you call from an EE number you are forced to use a text service to talk to an AI. Once you tell it you want to speak to a human you are then forced to use their so called expert service, again a text service, which you have to pay for.
Total rubbish. I will be leaving as soon as I don’t have to pay an early cancellation fee.

Had a problem with an item I bought, contacted them about it. They appeared to be helpful but did nothing to solve the problem. Chased them a week or so later, one again they appeared to be helpful but haven’t heard anything for a couple of weeks. Solved the problem myself by buying a replacement part elsewhere.

Driver refused to take a parcel because of what was printed on the box.
Please tell your drivers that customers may reuse packaging. This means that what is printed on the box doesn’t necessarily reflect what it contains.

Hopeless.
They cancelled my contract for no reason at all. On the one occasion I got through to customer support they couldn’t explain why it had been cancelled, but seemed to think it was my fault. No idea how they reached that conclusion. Pay the extra buck and go with a proper mobile operator.
In reply to your reply. I cancelled the payment after you denied access, not before. You need to get your act together and learn how to communicate with your customers. The payment was due on the 12th. My phone wasn’t working at about 7 in the morning on the 12th. You didn’t even wait to see if you would receive the payment later in the day. When I called customer service they seemed to think the fault was with me so I cancelled my payment.

I do not believe that these people have a 78% satisfaction record for one minute. If they are not loosing my parcels they are cancelling my delivery’s. They are impossible to talk to. How a business like this stay in business is a complete mystery to me.

I imagine ebay care as much about their Trustpilot rating as they do their customers. I’ve used them for 25 years. Not any more. According to ebay, if a parcel company says they have delivered an item, then it’s been delivered. The proof they accept that this is so is a picture of the parcel still inside the van.

If you’re looking for a solution to brighten up your spaces while you’re asleep or have lights come on for no reason at random times throughout the day, this is the product for you. If you also like buying products that have a problem that’s been around for years and a company that doesn’t seem to care, well you’re in luck there as well. Still, it’s all my fault. Clearly I didn’t spend enough time researching problems with these before I purchased them. Silly me.

I can send and receive texts and make calls but when someone calls me nothing happens and they get a message saying the number isn’t available. Tried contacting Lyca through their chat client but no one has replied. Not great, I’ll be going back to my previous provider.

They can’t seem to supply a part, despite taking my money. Getting a refund is proving difficult as you can’t call them and they don’t answer emails.
Oh dear, looks like they get a bit of a moody on and cancel your order if you criticise them, rather than addressing their very inadequate customer service.
By the way Hamza, the item was shown as in stock when I placed the order. It was only when I got your invoice that it said it was out of stock with with an expected delivery time of about 2 weeks. A month after the order date you tell be I’ll have to wait another 28 days or more.

Ordered some curtains just before Christmas. They arrived in January as expected. They don’t seem to be able to match a pattern when making curtains. They sent a replacement curtain after I complained and the replacement was as bad as the original. Mistakes happen and I accept that. I judge a company on how they deal with those mistakes. These people have done a less than stellar job. I constantly have to send emails to remind them they haven’t fixed my problem and as of today 14/03/23 I’m still waiting to receive a replacement curtain so that I have what I paid for in December.
Since writing this review I have been contacted by a member of staff and the problem has been sorted. It’s just a shame that the only way to get companies to pay attention to you these days is to leave a (justifiably) bad review. Although I now have the curtains I ordered back in December and the person dealing with my complaint was very helpful, my one star still stands. The fact that I had to spend a lot of time chasing this and only got a satisfactory response after leaving a bad review doesn’t mean they deserve a higher star rating.
