Cheap and nasty
In my experience, this company is cheap and you get what you pay for.
Customer service is ok but they take a long time to get through to via phone or email.
It's probably worth going with if you pay for maintenance in my experience. The Car arrived on time all good but I noticed the wiper blades needed replacing. No problem since I paid for maintenance. Arval said it needed to be done by the main dealer, so I booked it in there about a week after I got the car. When I went to collect it, they informed me that the vehicle had needed servicing so they did that and found that on a previous service the brake pads had been fitted the wrong way round! I contacted arval to complain that they sent a vehicle that wasn't really fit to be driven, and immeidiately needing a service.
Took a while but I got a nice response and a credit for one month's lease which was fine.
My lease has since expired and the vehicle was collected as agreed etc.
almost a month later, I have received an email informing me that my monthly payments will increase until I return the car. Emailed them twice now and haven't got through on the phone since I don't have all day to wait for someone to answer.
