My daughter just bought a wooden swing set , unfortunately the baby swing had a crack on the seat, which could have happened during transport and couldn't be helped. I contacted outdoor toys and right away I received a reply and they have already sent out a replacement baby chair. Izzy was very friendly with her response and I couldn't be more happy with the service they have given. My daughter has said she will definitely order from outdoor toys again
