Terrible Delivery.
Order was placed on 6th March. Advised 5-7 business days for delivery meaning it should have arrived on time for my son’s birthday on 23rd. Now March 24th still hasn’t been delivered with little to no tracking information and updates after paying a significant amount for delivery. Disappointing. Cannot yet comment on quality as product hasn’t been received.

Missing piece to playset
Missing piece to playset. Rang customer services which was helpful. They said they will send them out but at present Im still awaiting the missing pieces but it has only been a few days so im hoping this is going to be resolved soon

24v green lambergini
I ordered the 24v lambergini for my little boy as birthday next month so haven't been able to open and setup yet but I will rate the delivery it was delivered very quickly and was kept up to date with the delivery and 30mins before the delivery company rang to say they would be arriving which I fought was absolutely great but once I've opened and set up I will come back and leave another review

Great customer service poor delivery company
Bought a swing for my grandson birthday, no delivery when it was due but a lady came to my home that night , my delivery was found in her garden 4 miles away . I contacted the company excellent customer service , it was replaced really quickly . Shame on you delivery company . Poor delivery service and no respect for customers orders

Fantastic communication & Service
Fantastic communication , prompt response , and great customer service they want the product to be perfect , from delivery to any after purchase service . I had a problem after three months with a quad bike they sorted it straight away collected it and back same day . I was lucky they are close so next day is an exception but I’m positive if your further afield it will still be silver service and excellent.

Fantastic service
Brought the lookout tower for our grandchildren.
Straight forward ordering with fast delivery. Arrived before I thought it would.
All parts packaged well and arrived in perfect condition.
I sorted all the pieces and screws into sizes before I started, which helped.
The instructions were easy to follow. We also pre drilled the holes as advised. This added time to the assembly but I had set aside the day to do it.
With a couple of tea breaks and lunch it took 2 of us DIYers 5 hours.
The grandsons came around the following day and couldn’t wait to play on it. Age 2 and 3.
Lovely addition to our garden, and not to big.
I would definitely recommend Outdoor toys.

So happy we bought our play set from Outdoor toys. The quality is amazing, and their customer service support is also amazing. We didn’t have a tracking update from the delivery company, but I had no trouble getting in touch with outdoor toys who contacted the delivery company and updated me on the call with a delivery date/time.
Highly recommend this company for out door toys!

Instructions for assembly were very clear and easy to follow. I am in construction so pretty handy with the tools anyway, but it took me about 6 hours to assemble the whole thing including additional bits.
My 4yr old loves his lookout tower and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
