Formal complaint for unsatisfactory service
Our order has not arrived that was due on 2nd December for our son’s birthday.
The courier service used by Decathlon eventually delivered part of our order on 22nd December after multiple no show delivery dates.
We are missing half our order and customer service now informed us it won’t be until after Christmas when we receive it.
We placed the order on 14th November with plenty of time for it to arrive for our son’s birthday and now it isn’t even here on time for Christmas either.
I have had to chase both Decathalon and the courier service Vanex constantly and am highly disappointed and unsatisfied that they have not resolved the issue and had the delivery arrive on time. The order cost almost €600 with a €50 delivery charge.
I will not be shopping with Decathlon again and have referred a complaint to the CCPC for both them and their courier service.
