I recently used this company for the first time when having a conservatory carpet replaced and was extremely impressed with the quality of service, the quality of the carpet and prices. All staff I met or spoke to were helpful and friendly and kept me informed with polite emails/ phone calls throughout the entire process. It was totally stress free from start to finish; covid precautions were adhered to and the fitters also, couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely use this company again as my first choice for any new flooring. A big ten out of ten all round. Thank you.
