I had to have two teeth removed and the staff were excellent, I was very nervous going in and they put me at ease immediately, they were understanding and professional and kept me informed every step of the way and the whole procedure was completely painless, i can’t thank them enough

Got a £99.90 refund and they charged over £90 in fees and vat, complete rip off and scam, stay well clear, I also think they did the claim illegally as I did not apply so something serious wrong here, I am concerned and will be contacting the tax office this week to find out how they got access to this amount of my money.
