Expensive and not great quality
I personally didn't find many dishes I like and asked to cancel the subscription but they are adamant I have to stay for the 8 months. £266 per month for another 7 months for food I dont like!! The email responses I received were not friendly, which I was surprised at for the sort of business this portrays itself as. Not sure what im going to with 196 meals i wont eat but.....🤷♂️ as long as they've got my money, they dont care!!
The beef in some of the dishes is very chewy. The pasta dishes are overcooked so the pasta is sloppy and breaks apart. The meals with smoked paprika in are totally overwhelmed by it. Most of the dishes I have tried have been over peppered
Also, the advert says no more shopping but you will need to spend additional money on fruit, veg, milk, yoghurt, berries etc
To get out of the subscription, I'd got to pay a 'covertion' fee of £150.

To clarify, we do have a cancel anytime policy with no cancellation fees. Because our longer duration plans are offered at a discounted price compared to shorter plans, if a member cancels early, we simply ask that they pay the difference between the longer plan they signed up for and the shorter duration they’ve completed, as explained in our terms and conditions. This ensures that the pricing remains fair while still giving members the flexibility to cancel.
We also understand your concerns about meal flavours and textures. Taste can be very personal, and while we work hard to offer a wide variety of meals with over 80 different meals, some dishes may not suit everyone. We encourage using our Swap Up service if there are meals you don’t enjoy, as this allows you to exchange them for alternatives of similar nutritional value. You can also always change your menu between deliveries.
While the plan provides all main meals, we recommend adding fruit, vegetables, dairy, or berries to complement the meals and keep you feeling full and energised throughout the day.
