Slow dispatch and poor communication

Over a week from placing an order for in stock items and still waiting for it to be dispatched and no communication regarding estimated delivery date other than a single email saying it is delayed

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service.
After ordering a guitar for my son’s birthday it arrived quickly and ahead of the expected date. There was an issue with it and the CS team were excellent in their communication and support in providing advice and resolving the issue. Will definitely use them again.

Purchased YakTrax Chains

Purchased YakTrax Chains, delivered promptly. They are easy to put on and remove and provided excellent grip during the recent snow, especially on the compact icy pavements. Happy with Both product and company

Nice looking app but of no value

Nice looking app and relevant content but only provides basic concepts and all reading based.

No support for putting the concepts into practice. It states that you will work through the concepts but will not lesson based. The mood trackers is a good idea but no custom options so very restrictive and mostly not relevant for me.

When you sign up Lots of extra modules options to pay for, these may give it better functionality but it is a lot of money for just reading what is easily available elsewhere. This app hasn’t added anything for me.

Beautiful clothes and designs but do not last.

I bought my daughter a too and some trousers and both developed holes despite not having been worn or washed much. Really disappointed given the cost
