Delayed delivery - take delivery dates with a pinch / handful of salt!

Delayed delivery
Ordered sofa 14th August ...estimated delivery to store 26th November

Email notification 20th September - delayed delivery to 3rd December
Email notification 25th October - delayed delivery to 7th December
Email notification 10th November - delayed delivery to 4th February 2022!

Good Morning Darren,

I hope you are well and thank you for your 1* Review. I am sorry to hear about the delays you have been notified of and I can completely understand why this may be frustrating.

Please know it is just as frustrating for us as we do not like to let our valued customers down.

However due to the current pandemic this has proven a challenge and I am sorry to advise of this.

We have had parts and material shortages, staff shortages and issues with lorry drivers been a few to name.

We are however trying our upmost best to keep our customers informed as much as we can along the way and please know as soon as we have the furniture with us into the Distribution Centre the pre bookings team will call to arrange a confirmed delivery date.
