Just so everyone out there knows about this rip off company

Just so everyone out there knows - again they offered to refund me if I removed my negative review!!
They wrote to my personal email -"We truly value your feedback and are committed to making things right. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d like to offer you a full refund for this order in exchange for the removal of your posted review.

Once the review has been taken down, please let us know, and we will promptly process your refund."
Shocking!!

Should have got my money back by now

Should have got my money back by now. All I got was a request from the company to take down my previoius review They said 'After careful consideration, we would like to make an exception and offer a full refund for your purchase.

As part of this resolution offer, we kindly request that you consider removing the review
I refused & reminded them that " image.pngIf you’re on the fence, know this – there is a 30-day money-back guarantee"
Still waiting Dont buy their rubbish!

Knee brace & patch

Knee brace is uncomfortable (wellnee), no real support just like all the other rubbish out there. The knee patches (wellife) are just as bad, just give a constant burning sensation which helps mask the actual knee pain for a brief period. Dont be suckered in, waste of money & effort. Both the same company ripping off people with ineffectual gimmicks!

Excellent levels of service

Many thanks for your kind consideration & help over the last few months. Your after sales for Sapphire spas go beyond the norm - we've had ours for nearly 15 years, bought from your company & to help us after all those years is an exemplary level of service that few companies can match.

As per previous persons comments - dont buy clothing (wetsuits) as if they dont fit returns will cost you at least £10 & you have already paid extra for delivery. (2 of the suits were faulty - you can't get into them unless you take a leg off - zips way too high. Takes days to arrange & they dont make the arrangements. They dont refund the postage & not sure if we will get a refund.
