Packaging was good and delivered on time
Unfortunately I was disappointed in the all of 10/12oz rump and sirloin steaks as they where full of gristle and unable to eat I've not tried the smaller steaks yet so it has been very disappointing and waste of money so far
Chicken skewers where nice and the pork loins where amazing but steaks big let down

I've been emailing this company to cancel my order in plenty time product hadn't even been dispatched no response from the company just ignoring my emails

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for the delay in getting back to you and understand how frustrating this must have been. Due to a period of very high contact volumes, our response times were slower than usual.
I can confirm that our team did reply to your emails to advise that your order had already been dispatched at the time your cancellation request was received. Once a prescription item has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or recall it.

I would not use this delivery company by choice they failed to deliver when they said it would be delivered gave me another hour slot day later and it was delivered 2 hours after the time slot they leave parcels out in the rain worst courier company ever wish companies wouldn't use them
