Excellent Experience

Excellent customer service & first class representative of Vertu Volvo. Immaculate showroom with friendly & welcoming Receptionist. Cannot rate highly enough.

Harassment & Nuisance calls

After making a Life Insurance search, one of whom was Reassured I have been bombarded with unwarranted calls from both landlines & mobiles from Reassured, currently standing at average 80 calls in three days upto 8pm in the evening!! These have been reported to the relevant bodies as harassment & nuisance calls. TOTALLY UNACCEOTABLE !!!!

Customer service advisors need some training in customer care!! Otherwise good range of stock & availability

Less than Zero stars if I could!!!

Would give this Company less than zero if I could ! Wish I had looked at TP and NOT their company's reviews before I purchased ! NOT a UK company based in China, do not answer emails,no phone number, useless Customer Service & ABSOLUTE cheap plastic expensive TAT with parts missing & only good for dustbin! NOT suitable for children with disabilities nor , in my opinion, young children. Steer clear!
